GM Automorive Srl is a historic Italian company born in 1927, located in the province of Turin, manufacturer of starter motor couplings. In the 70's and 80's the growth of GM Automotive led to the creation of two subsidiaries, Ghibaudi France and Ghibaudi Espana with the aim of spreading the GM brand throughout Europe. The acquisition of Elauto and Cosma in 2010 contributed to the expansion of the range with brushes, regulators, diode plates and electromagnets.
